World class sushi in a friendly neighborhood setting

HoneyBee Sushi, established in 2023, is a sister restaurant of the long-standing neighborhood favorite HoneyBee Asian Bistro in Aurora, Colorado. It's the brain child of Cindy and Helen, co-owners of HoneyBee Asian Bistro, who are constantly improving HoneyBee's offerings and service.

Please meet Felix, the chef behind the highly anticipated HoneyBee Sushi.

Felix is from Indonesia and has been a sushi chef for over 20 years. Before joining the HoneyBee family, he worked for the infamous Nobu Los Angeles and Nozawa Bar in Beverly Hills. Felix has a passion for Japanese cuisine and enjoys expressing creativity and excellence through his food. He believes that sushi is a feast for the eyes as well as the palette.

His wife and partner of the restaurant, Yoni, influenced by Felix, has developed a strong love for sushi and has a deep knowledge of the menu and service. You will see her serving customers with excellent service.

Both Felix and Yoni are excited to meet you and share their love of Japanese food with you.
